Classification: Hours of Work: 35 per week Salary Grade: 17 Responsibilities: The position of Associate Director, HR is accountable for initiating, developing, interpreting and facilitating the implementation of collective agreements, and HR policies and programs for all appointments in the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry (faculty, staff, postdoctoral fellows, clinical/research fellows, graduate teaching assistants, graduate research assistants, student assistants, etc.). The role requires an individual who possesses skills in strategic thinking, leadership, change management, and career development and who thrives on challenge with a high level of enthusiasm and energy. The incumbent, in a consultative manner, advises and coaches the Dean, COO, and decanal leaders, the 21 departments, School of Dentistry and Robarts Research Institute and builds relationships with faculty and staff groups thereby enhan.... |
