| Assistant Property Manager Job No.: 12-ON-013 Type: Salaried - Full Time Location: Toronto Division: Office Summary: Location- Metro Centre Responsibilities: Assist in the creation and ensure compliance to approved annual operating budgets for each building Assist in the daily deployment of Oxford site and contracted employees to meet the needs of the tenants within the portfolio Ensure compliance of the manner that budgeted expenditures are tendered, coded and allocated within the portfolio. Assist in the coordination of CAPEX programs and management of logistical issues that impact site tenants for each budget cycle. Management of operational, health and safety policies and procedures, tenant welcome packages and construction rules and regulation manuals Assist in the compliance by site teams of all annual inspections and certifications i.e. roof anchor inspections Requirements: College/University degree in Real Estate or Commerce Demonstrated commitment towards RPA or CPM designation 2-3 years related experience required Good understanding of Business Admin systems, Commercial leasing process and Property accounting requirements Proficient in MS Office app.... |
