| RESPONSIBILITIES Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks Must be willing to accept assignments on an as needed basis, in order to promote teamwork Must have a commitment to follow all Local & Corporate Policies & Procedures as they relate to the position Must be self-motivated and have a high degree of analytical ability and confidentiality, and work in a safe, prudent and organized manner Must have thorough knowledge of all jobs in the Accounting areas Ensure that all of the accounting staff understands and follows the applicable Companys accounting policies & procedures as stipulated in the manual Monitor and supervise the accounting departments daily routines to ensure smooth, effective, and efficient daily work practices Participate in and develop staff training programs in order to minimize staff turnover activities and results of the Accounting office meeting or any other related issues Take appropriate personnel related action (i.e., hire, commend, discipline, evaluate) with Accounting staff as required Supervising and assisting with Balance Sheet account reconciliation and Quarterly account analysis M.... |
