| Job Purpose: To fulfill a crucial support role within the accounts department to ensure smooth and timely processing of staff payroll and external vendor invoicing within a global multi facility environment. Key Responsibilities: Payroll processing and supervision - Reviewing and processing of pay related data and submission for processing. - Continuous improvement to payroll process. Accounts maintenance - Processing of Accounts Payable invoices. - Serving as point of contact with creditors - Payments procedures. - Reconciliation of credit cards, petty cash and bank accounts. - Daily up-keep of cash flow. - Communications with external parties as required. Other duties - Assistance in creation of department manuals; maintenance of documentation, including filing. - Provide continuous support in order to ensure efficient and effective working relationship with teams in India and UK. - Maintenance of miscellaneous support schedules. - Provide assistance to accountant for month end, government reports, audit preparation and support. Required skills, knowledge and experience: Essential - Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English. - IT literate, especially .... |
