| Application Packager Calgary, AB Date Posted: January 17, 2012 Job ID: 20844 Job Description Eagle is currently seeking two (2) Application Packagers for a ten (10) month contract opportunities, scheduled to begin immediately. Key Responsibilities The successful candidates will be responsible for: Receiving the request through the defined process using Supplier Standard Tools; Managing the request to verify work components are completed as assigned; Providing quality control at relevant steps as part of the Commissioning Process; Coordinating with Application Analyst, Business Analyst (BA), or Lead to provide status updates and workflow requirements; Assigning task ownership and documentation creation responsibilities, based upon Application Support Owner; Ensuring documentation is completed and uploaded to Shared Drive; if the documentation is incomplete return it to the applicable Application Analyst; Managing the ?On Hold ? process by placing requests on hold and informing the relevant Lead of the status; Completing ?UAT Prep ? which involves verifying UAT Testers are added to correct UAT Group, assigning UAT Testers to specific Virtual Machine, and confirming Application is pub.... |
