| Date Posted: Jan 16, 2012 The Analyst, Customer Management is also responsible for providing the reports to define, track and analyze domestic customer and product profitability. Job Accountabilities: Process and apply all promotional allowance payments, chargeback, commercial terms at the rebates agreement level on a monthly basis. Responsible for the accuracy of monthly, quarterly and yearly accounts reconciliation at the customer and product level related to domestic segment. Assist in executing audit procedures surrounding customer management including chargeback, professional allowances and/or commercial terms and GST allocations. Report and analyze the aging of rebates and chargeback accruals. Undertakes appropriate analysis in proactive manner in order to provide meaningful reporting to the Business Management group. Calculate and assess standing rebates accrual and chargeback based on the wholesaler sales and indirect data processed. Monitor monthly professional allowance trending and compare it to the current budget; communicate summary of analyses to the management for review and evaluation.
