Responsibilities A Calgary Alderman is seeking a full-time, highly organized and skilled Executive Assistant to work in a team environment to ensure the efficient and effective administration of the Alderman's ward office. The Executive Assistant will perform a broad range of research and administrative functions in support of the Alderman. The research component relates to preparing briefs of municipal issues being addressed by Council, monitoring and reporting on issues which may impact the ward and highlighting and commenting on agenda items before Council and committees.
