| POSITION DETAIL Agricultural Specialist Company Ref: Department: Corporate Office Location: Brandon Corporate Office Job Type: Full Time Salaried Professional Areas: Agricultural Lender Salary Range: Confidential Description: With a primary office location of Brandon and reporting to the Manager of Agricultural lending the successful candidate will posses a minimum of five to six years lending experience preferred with a minimum of two years in agricultural credit. Post secondary degree/diploma in Agriculture. Eligibility for membership in or working towards obtaining the Manitoba Institute of Agrologists designation within a specified time frame will be a definite asset. Specific experience will include demonstrated ability in the preparation and analysis of agricultural credit. The primary role of the position will be to support branches in the delivery, development and growth of a strong agriculture lending portfolio. The applicant should be an effective communicator with good interpersonal skills. Location/Travel This position will primarily support and travel regularly to the trading areas assigned by the Manager of Agricultural lending. Primary office will be located at Brand.... |
