The YMCA of Edmonton is seeking a dynamic individual with a passion and talent for relationship building and role modeling a healthy lifestyle. This individual will provide effective supervision and leadership in directing the overall delivery of services in the group fitness programming. Salary: $26,880 ? 32,880/yearly Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise the operations of all group fitness programs and services for members at the quality and service levels outlined. Manage and report program statistics, maximize program registration to ensure program targets are met implement and track minimum attendance rates. Recruit, hire, train, coach, supervise and manage all full-time and part-time staff and volunteers within program areas.
