KUDU currently has a job opening for Field Administrator at our Macklin, Saskatchewan location. This position will report to the Store Manager. Key Responsibilities: Creating, shipping & invoicing customer orders Creating, shipping & receiving Inter branch transfers Creating & receiving purchase orders Placing orders with vendors Creating & closing work orders General office duties that include answering phones, greeting customers, filing, mail, front office cleanliness Keeping reports up to date (ex. Fieldpal) Provide support to the Field Store Manager, field store employees and Accounting Team when needed Ensure compliance with KUDU ?s Health and Safety policies as well ensure that safe work practices are used Desired Skills / Job Requirements: Professional with solid communication and customer service skills Demonstrate an initiative to develop and learn new skills Demonstrated ability to work in a team .... |
