Overview for Administrator Position
This position supports three of our Early Learning centres. The Administrator supports the
smooth operation of the centres enabling the centre to deliver the commitment of high
quality program for children and their families. Expectations include centre specific
administrative tasks, answering telephones, maintaining accounting records, files and
collecting childcare fees. This position requires the ability to develop and maintain strong
relationships with families and children while participating in the daily operations of the
centre. The successful candidate will join a networking group of other administrators
across the organization, with opportunities to participate in administrative organizational
projects or initiatives. This position requires the individual to have a strong understanding
and respect, for the confidential aspects of this position.
Qualifications for Administrator
• Strong time management and organizational skills are required
