Manage and maintain the registry files for program portfolios and in support of the bureau in accordance with the departmental and divisional records management system. Work on smaller and multiple tasks that can also make up a large or several large projects. Review IMS reports and consolidate information contained in these reports into a simpler and more readable format. Records management experience ? file management and maintenance ( new registry), and update of file list as new files are created ? work with Records Management, DFAIT and with each bureau portfolio senior program management team ( with project assistants and managers).
