| Administrative & Other Opportunities Position: Plant Controller Key Responsibilities: Participates in the development of long range budgets and other projective guidelines and measures. Responsible for the whole accounting cycle, will be coordinating financial analysis projects, such as budget variance analysis, capital budgeting and cash management. Will require advanced knowledge in Import / Export, Controlled Goods and ITAR programs. Requires broad knowledge of practices and procedures and calls for originality and ingenuity in developing strategies. Provides advice and service to the Plant Manager and others regarding plans and objectives for present and/or future projects aimed at increasing the profitability of the organization. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field required - CMA or CGA preferred - Minimum of 5 years Finance experience required - Oracle (11i preferably), Microsoft suite including advanced Excel knowledge - Must possess organizational skills with the ability to use resource materials, to manage multiple projects, make effective presentations and communicate effectively orally and in writing. Excellent human relations skill is require.... |
