| Red Deer College is seeking an enthusiastic, well-organized individual to assist in the overall operation of the Residences. This position reports to the Residence Manager and would be responsible and accountable for, but not limited to: Overall administration of the Residence application process (acknowledging, reviewing and assigning specific rooms to each applicant). Managing tenant move-outs including inspecting individual units and assessing any necessary charges. Providing quality customer service to tenants, prospective tenants, summer conference guests, and the general public. Responsible for the timely management of all cash flow including communicating to tenants with regards to monies owing. Assists students adapt to College and Residence Life. Minimum Qualifications: Two (2) years of post-secondary training or completion of a community college certificate in Business Administration Accounting knowledge Excellent communication skills - both oral and written Good Analytical Skills Problem Solving/Decision Making Excellent Organization & Planning Skills Initiative/Self Starting Excellent Customer Service Skills Good Listening Skills Excellent Computer Skills specifically w.... |
