Job Purpose:
The Administrator has general accountability for managing office tasks assigned to
them and providing support to the others in the group to maximize the effectiveness
of the work. Accountabilities will include data entry, report formatting & complilation,
creating sales orders and waste tracking.
Summary of Duties
and Responsibilities:
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
• Creation of projects and elements in SAP for client specific jobs.
• Accountable for processing and reconciling all field consultant logs, field tickets and third party charges.
• Creation of purchase orders and updating of project plans.
• Complete oilfield and industrial sales orders using all client specific requirements necessary to generate an
accurate and correct invoice.
• Formatting of technical reports, compilation and mailing.
• Responsible for data input of waste manifests and reporting in the database.
• Identifies opportunities to improve process efficiencies.
