| Job Title: Administrative Assistant Job ID: 7449 Location: Yellowknife Department HR Total Rewards Management Return to Previous Page Position Summary Administrative Assistant - One (1) year Term Corporate Human Resources Human Resources Yellowknife, NT The Administrative Assistant provides confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Manager, Job Evaluation and Organizational Design and the Manager, Recruitment Support. The incumbent will work with other administration staff within Human Resources to ensure a team approach is taken to enable the completion of all tasks in a timely and professional manner. The incumbent may also be responsible for reception duties and other administrative tasks for the units. Applicants must have knowledge and experience in standard office procedures and protocol, the ability to use MS Operating Systems, MS Office, Internet and email programs and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast paced environment, are also required. Typically the required knowledge, skills and abilities would be acquired through completion of an Office Administration Diploma and two (2) years .... |
