The incumbent will work with other administration staff within Human Resources to ensure a team approach is taken to enable the completion of all tasks in a timely and professional manner. The incumbent may also be responsible for reception duties and other administrative tasks for the units. Applicants must have knowledge and experience in standard office procedures and protocol, the ability to use MS Operating Systems, MS Office, Internet and email programs and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast paced environment, are also required. Typically the required knowledge, skills and abilities would be acquired through completion of an Office Administration Diploma and two (2) years ....
