| Title Administrative Assistant Job Type Permanent The Ideal Candidate Drake International is currently recruiting for an administrative assistant for a fast growing west Edmonton trailer rental company. This is a full time position Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. This reliable, outgoing candidate must be well organized and able to work in a fast paced environment. Also must be comfortable answering phones, asset in maintenance scheduling and data entry. Job Description The successful candidate will: - Perform customer service functions including answering phones, quoting rates, preparing presentation packages and providing information - Prepare Rental Contracts - Set up lease agreements and licensing requirements - Order parts and supplies - Entering and updating information into a computer system - Processing invoice; preparing and coding work orders - Check rental units in and out when required - Other duties as required Requirements - Ability to take direction and apply actions - Positive attitude - Professional telephone manners - Strong computer skills - Strengths in word, excel and outlook programs - Read and write English - Ability to react while under pressure Compensati.... |
