Reporting to the General Mine Supervisor and working a two (2) weeks in / two (2) weeks
out rotation at the Snap Lake Mine site, this position will provide effective administrative
services to support the efficient operation of the Mine Operations team.
Responsibilities:
g120g3 Preparing purchase requisitions and ensuring invoices are processed accordingly;
g120g3 Coordinating travel and related accommodation requirements for staff and guests, as
required;
g120g3 Maintaining an up-to-date filing system;
g120g3 Completing exception time entries for departmental staff;
g120g3 Screening and directing telephone calls and general inquiries to appropriate individu-
