This Full-time Fixed Term position is for approximately 18 months (based on length of grant funding), with the possibility of extension. Position Description Summary of Key Responsibilities (job functions include but are not limited to): Reports to the Program Director and Education Manager, Department of Family Medicine. Independently manages and coordinates sensitive processes that have a high consequence of error (e.g. CaRMS, Externship, Financial processes) To contribute key operational support to the Department of Family Medicine Residency Program, specifically in the areas of: CaRMS (Canadian Resident Matching Service) processes (scale is approximately 450 applicants; 340 interviews) AIMG (Alberta International Medical Graduate) Program processes (scale is approximately 140 applicants) Manage all aspects of incoming Residents to the Program Coor.... |
