| Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Location: Montreal, Quebec Salary: Commensurate with experience Top Aces is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to provide general administrative support to the Pointe-Claire office. Responsibilities Greet and directs all visitors through office; Promptly, professionally and courteously receives all telephone calls and visitors; Prepares and processes outgoing mail based on required delivery dates, balancing cost efficiency with delivery deadline; Opens and records incoming mail as applicable, as well as delivers mail and sorts into appropriate folders for distribution; Signs for deliveries when necessary and notifies recipients; Ensures postage system is operational and keeps supervisor and Finance informed of postage needs; Ensures kitchen/kitchen appliances are kept neat, clean and stocked with appropriate supplies; Ensure that common areas such as kitchen /office are equipped with supplies as required; Runs errands to purchase supplies and lunches when required; Performs routine office tasks necessary for the operation and presentation of a professional office; Handles special administrative projects as assigned; Main.... |
