| Job Description: The Administrative Assistant II provides coordination and support in the areas of the Purchase Order processing, report generating, research, timeline / attendance reporting and Human Resources administrative processes. QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma - One (1) to three (3) years of administrative experience - Strong computer skills, proficient with MS Office - Self-motivated - Ability to work independently - Good interpersonal skills - Strong time management skills and organizational skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Strong customer focus L ?adjoint(e) administratif(ve) II coordonne et apporte du soutien aux secteurs suivants : traitement des bons de commande, cr ation de rapports, recherches, rapports sur les d lais / pr sences, et t ches administratives li es aux ressources humaines.
