Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Administrative Assistant - Procurement is responsible for providing support to the Purchasing Team located in Ledcor's Nisku Module Facility. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the purchasing team Distributing mail Typing and distributing correspondence Data entry, filing and photocopying Other duties as required Requirements 1-3 years experience in a similar role Relevant industry experience Familiarity with JDE an asset Strong communication and interpersonal skills and are able to work under pressure juggling varying demands from multiple sources with coinc....
