| Title Administrative Assistant - Legal Job Description Our client is Canada's leading owner, developer and operator of supermarket and drug store anchored neighborhood and community shopping centres, located predominantly in growing metropolitan areas. They currently own interest in 168 properties, including nine under development, totaling approximately 23.0 million square feet of gross leasable area and 4 sites in the planning stage for future retail development. Presently, they are recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join their legal department. SUMMARY: The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Legal Department including typing documents, photocopying, filing, document recovery, follow-up calls to tenants for the recovery of outstanding documents. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Produce various documents, such as general transmission correspondence and follow-up letters to tenants requiring information - Produce internal summaries of documents circulating during execution - Produce status reports - Update and maintain documentation - Produce monthly cost reports - Open, organize and update files - Research information and databases - Liaise with .... |
