The successful incumbent will be responsible for: Responsibilities: -Perform receptionist duties. -Experience with multi phone line system. -Facilitate document control of driver files, safety certificates and internal company contacts. -Processing, coding and batching of supplier invoices. -Routing requests re supplier data changes. -Perform timekeeper entry for payroll. -Perform data entry as required. Qualifications: -Communicate effectively in English. -Be a team player with a positive attitude. -Maintain a high degree of accuracy. -Experience with JD Edwards software applications preferred. -Ability to work in Microsoft Excel and Word programs. -Ability to analyze and solve problems. -Ability to organize workload and documents in a manner that allows for efficient processing.
