| Administrative Assistant, Lutsel K'e Limited to residents within a 200 km radius of Lutsel K'e Reporting to the Community Coordinator, the Administrative Assistant provides administrative, clerical and reception support to the Community Coordinator and social program staff in the Lutsel K'e Administrative office of YHSSA. The position provides office and administrative support to management and professional staff within the context of related Territorial and YHSSA policies, manuals, procedures and standard office practices. The incumbent should have knowledge of standard office procedures, business communication formats and file management. The successful candidate should demonstarate good written and verbal communication skills, and organization and problem-solving skills while having the ability to recognize priorities in a fast-paced environment. The incumbent must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and perform in a professional manner. The ability to speak Chipewyan is a definite asset. Typically, the above qualifications would be attained by the completion of an office administration program and six (6) months in a fast-paced service-oriented office enviro.... |
