| Administrative/Accounting Assistant Job Apply now » Date: Jan 25, 2012 Location: Richmond, British Columbia, Canada I am hiring an Administrative/Accounting Assistant for my Richmond based client. They are a team of driven individuals who take pride in their work and successes. If you take initiative, have a positive attitude, and work well independently and as part of a team, keep reading. You will be responsible for full cycle accounting, on a small scale. You will also process purchase orders, perform data entry tasks, and complete other duties as assigned. Requirements: -Some accounting experience, at least 2 years. -At least 3 years of office experience. Skills: -Ability to take initiative to solve problems on your own. -Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. -High attention to detail, meticulous. -Very organized. -Fast and accurate data entry skills. Additional info: -Transit accessible, and free parking available. -Salary is roughly 35-39K, depending on experience, with opportunities for growth. -Working hours are 8:30AM to 4:30PM, M-F. -Full benefits after 3 months. -2 weeks of holiday, eligible after 6 months of employment.
