Our Hamilton client is looking for an amazing person to fill a contract position as Administration Clerk in their recreational facility. Responsibilities ? General filing of documents ? Answering phones and providing answers to general inquires ? Inputting of facility booking requests ? Process payments including cheques and credit cards ? General customer service for recreation inquiries Requirements ? Experience in CLASS or Escom Software a must ? Working knowledge of MS Office ? Demonstrated ability to communicate with the public in a tactful and courteous manner ? Background in sports and recreation ?
