| Accounts Receivable Organization: Spirit Staffing & Consulting - Edmonton Posting City: Edmonton Job Code: 835 EEO job category: Accounting # Avail: 1 Closing: 28/10/11 Pay range: $18-$20/hour Description Education; Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Must be able to read, write and speak english Must be able to lift or move up to 10 lbs. Must have great written and oral communication skills Must be able to problem solve and have good knowledge of business ethics Responsibilities; -Contact customers by telephone, fax or e-mail regarding past due invoices and payment information -Maintains Collection activity notes in business operating system -Documents disputes and works as a liaison with the customer and sales personnel to resolve non-payment issues -Attends weekly sales meeting to keep A/R issues moving forward toward resolution -Works with Corporate payroll to assure accurate accounting of time and PTO taken by branch personnel -Assists with other accounting or administrative functions as required Previous Applicants: Email: Password:.... |
