| Title Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist Position Overview The Accounts Receivable and Billing Specialist is responsible for full cycle billing for all revenue streams and will provide assistance in the collection of overdue accounts. The position requires previous billing and accounts receivable experience; preferably in a high-volume, hi-tech environment. The role absolutely requires attention to detail and very strong problem-solving ability. The position requires a person who is comfortable interacting with others and developing relationships. Responsibilities Customer collections Customer account reconciliations; includes managing on-account cash Credit card processing; includes pre-authorized monthly credit card processing Backup for OEM/Hardware billings and monthly recurring billing; including setting up new recurring sales orders Participates in regular internal Accounts Receivable meetings Other Finance department projects as required Requirements Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in A/R and credit/collection position Skills & Attributes: Good with basic math Microsoft Excel knowledge is essential Detailed oriented and analytical A team player Able to work .... |
