| Accounts Receivable Clerk Division: Auto Parts Division Sector: Location: Positions Available: 1 Status: Temporary, fixed hours Category: Finance & Accounting City: Calgary Province: Alberta Country: Language Requirements: Close Date: 2012-02-24 Reference No.: NAPA-0925-12-6748 Description: Duties & Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Clerk: - Contact customers within your designated territory to ensure account payments are made on time and follow up on outstanding balances; - Answer customer account inquiries; - Complete weekly collection reports to be shared with management; - Maintain contact with Outside Sales Representatives, District Managers and Store Managers in regards to customer accounts; - Perform various office tasks (filing, photocopying, etc.); - Perform any other related task required by your immediate supervisor. Requirements: Vocational diploma in Office Automation or Accounting; 1 to 2 years relevant experience; Knowledge of Word and Excel; Aptitude for learning how to use new software; Bilingualism (oral and written) would be an asset; Excellent organizational skills and autonomy.
