| Accounts Receivable Clerk Job Apply now » Date: Jan 28, 2012 Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada Our Client a leader in the industrial minerals business is looking to expand their team. We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Clerk. This is a full time position that requires flexibility and the ability to handle high volume or requests. Responsibilities: Complete all aspects of customer invoicing on a bi-monthly basis Post cash receipts to customer accounts Verify rates alongside order forms Receivables follow-up and collections - Weekly Maintain knowledge of sales contracts and communicate all changes Experience: Post-Secondary degree or diploma in Accounting Minimum 2 years of full cycle AR experience Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel Note: Payroll experience an asset PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: The ability to work well without supervision Strong organization and time-management skills The ability to multi-task and achieve deadlines Works well within a team environment Completes work with strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy This positions is NOT bus accessible, therefore, a vehicle is required.
