Responsibilities: Performing Electronic Funds Transfer and cheque runs Inputting information into JD Edwards, processing and posting invoices and ensuring payments are made in a timely manner Posting debit pulls and reconciling with bank account withdrawals to ensure accuracy Maintaining and reconciling supplier accounts and entering new supplier accounts into payables system Liaise with branches and suppliers to resolve errors and address invoicing questions Qualifications and Skills: 1-3 years Accounts Payable experience Basic knowledge of a purchase order system is required Good communication skills are a must Strong attention to detail and analy.... |
