| Posting Title Accounts Payable Clerk Department CANADA FINANCE Location/Division Winnipeg MB Canada - Pandora Job Description Summary : Reporting to the Accountant and as a member of the Finance team, the Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for processing and maintaining all vendor invoices or other vendor contract agreements for Cabela ?s. Tasks & Responsibilities : Match purchase orders to invoices while checking for accuracy and correct any discrepancies Prepare invoices by preparing an A/P voucher, clear invoices for cheques are run and maintain cheque supplies Reconcile payments Prepare analysis of accounts Complete monthly reconciliation of vendor statements Correspond with vendors and maintain open communication with the buying group to facilitate quick resolution to any invoicing discrepancies Qualifications : Knowledge of general accounting and bookkeeping practices 1 or more years of experience in a accounting position Ability to create and maintain Excel spreadsheets Ability to communicate with external business contacts in a courteous and professional manner Ability to effectively function as a team player both within the department and throughout the organization Int.... |
