| Description: “It already makes your day, why not let it make your career” Reporting to the Lead Supervisor, Accounts Payable, this position is responsible for processing invoices for payment ensuring compliance to corporate policies and procedures. Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years experience in an Accounts Payable environment • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills • SAP experience an asset • Automated invoice tracking system experience as asset • Proficient in Excel • Strong problem solving and analytical skills • Attention to detail is critical • Ability to multi task/prioritize • Must display high initiative and strong organizational skills • Able to work independently with minimal supervision Key Responsibilities: • Validates PO and non PO invoice data prior to posting including approval, allowances, terms, pricing, quantity and general ledger account codes • Adheres to appropriate tax legislation • Responds to supplier and internal queries • Performs supplier account reconciliations • Performs required tasks to meet month end and year end deadlines • Validates vendor master.... |
