| Title Accounting Support Position Overview The Accounting Support person reports to the Allied Wings Controller and is responsible to support the Controller in accounting, analysis, and CFTS support functions. Responsibilities Specific Responsibilities of the position include but not limited to: Accounts Payable/Receivable Coding of all A/P and A/R invoices Data entry and reconciliation of all Accounts Payable/Receivable Ensure compliance with all PST and GST regulations on all A/P and A/R invoices Project Support Liaise daily with Southport administration Respond to Kelowna and Southport vendor/customer requests and update in Lawson Provide Lawson user support to Southport Provide administration support as required to Southport Administration Spreadsheet maintenance Data entry Assist with year-end file preparation for auditors Produce cheque runs Handle deposits Reconcile vendor invoices Create invoice to subcontractors for goods and services provided Monthly GST and PST returns Filing and photocopying as needed Other duties as required Requirements 1 - 2 years experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Required intermediate to advanced MS Excel & MS Word skills 2 year.... |
