Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Accounting Supervisor ensures the integrity of the district ?s accounting, computer records and systems according to legislative requirements and company policies and procedures. RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor and ensure all accounting functions relating to payroll, billing and accounts payables are correctly processed in a timely manner Prepare reports and summaries on billing and payroll data (for CCAC, internal staff) Collect on all overdue accounts and administer financial transactions Respond to all financial inquiries from clients and staff Maintain accurate accounting fi.... |
