Description: Located just West of Edmonton, our client requires an independent and self-motivated team player who is skilled in both accounts receivable collections and office management. The financial responsibilities of the role include performing and tracking daily collections calls, preparing bank deposits, downloading files for invoicing, and accurate invoice matching. Administrative tasks include filing and faxing, document writing, low volume telephone reception, and other general office duties. The remuneration package for this position includes a salary in the range of $36000 – 40000, full benefits and RSP matching after 3 months, and 3 weeks’ vacation. Required Skills: Shortlisted candidates will have significant experience in a similar role, with at least 2 years’ of collections. The invoice processing in this position requires a high attention to detail and a dedication to diligent account maintenance and record keeping. The collection duties require tactful and professional communications skills, and a positive customer service focus. Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential, and a post secondary diploma incorporating both basic acc........More Details
