| •Work with regional FP&R Manager to coordinate the annual budgets, forecasts, special projects, and other planning activities as assigned. •Supervise regional and terminal accounting staff to complete monthly accounting closes. •Develop and implement financial controls. •Monitor and work on financial and operational audits. •Manage the monthly accounting functions for all locations, ensure financial statements are accurate and comply with GAAP. •Monitor and analyze reports, researching variances and providing explanations. •Supervise regional and terminal staff to prepare and control capital spending AFEs. •Work with Regional Capital Coordinator to monitor capital spending within region for project overruns, proper end dates and to timely close out completed projects. •Ensure effective communication and administration of pertinent financial functions. •Interface with all levels of management to obtain data and information necessary to complete duties. •Must partner with the Regions General Manager. •Manage the financial process as it relates to budgets, forecasting and benchmarking. •Complete special projects and annual objectives as assigned. •Regular and predictable attendance. •.... |
