| Title Accounting Manager Job ID 861 Responsibilities Our client, an established and respected organization, is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team. The successful candidate would be responsible for the financial reporting, including month end reporting and assessing financial and business risks, financial forecasts and variance analysis. Additionally, this role will support the ongoing development and implementation of Accounting Policies and Procedures, ensuring that Company financial goals are met and exceeded. Finally, the Accounting Manager will provide leadership to the accounting and administration group, preparing and presenting performance evaluations, mentoring and developing the staff group, and motivating them to meet their goals and objectives while providing exceptional customer service.
