| Accounting Clerks / Bookkeepers We are recruiting for the following positions for our clients in the HRM area Accounting Clerks/ Bookkeepers Responsibilities include (not limited to): Verifying accuracy of information (purchase orders, invoices or payments) Balance/reconcile accounts Produce reports Prepare checks for payroll and/or payables Post information to ledger Clerical duties as necessary Qualifications and Experience: Post secondary education in Accounting Experience with accounts receivable and payables Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office (skills will be tested) Experience working with Simply Accounting/Quickbooks Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and superior organizational skills Mature, self-assured, pro-active individual with the ability to multi task in a constantly changing, fast paced environment Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn If this sounds like the opportunity for you, please apply in confidence.
