| Accounting Clerk The Accounting Clerk is a key member of the Well.ca Accounting team. The purpose of this role is to accurately enter all invoices & receipts into the accounting system and ensure that they are paid on time using various payment methods. The Accounting Clerk is also responsible for the administration of Well.ca employee benefits plan. Responsibilities -Receive, organize, and enter all payable invoices -Make payments for all invoices owing -Reconcile Credit Card Charges -Reconcile Supplier Monthly Statement -Filing and Organization -Petty Cash Reconciliation -Enroll new employees into employee benefits plan -Maintain employee benefits plan master schedule -Additional duties as required Requirements -Extremely detail-oriented, thorough and precise -Strong communication skills -Mathematical literacy and analytical ability -Above average time management and organizational skills -Self-guided and motivated learner; quick to take initiative -Demonstrates good judgment and decision-making skills -Team-oriented problem solver -Able to operate a computer effectively and learn new software quickly and with ease -6 months to 2 years experience with Simply Accounting or similar.... |
