| Accounting Clerk Key Responsibilities Maintain all Accounts Payable - processing accounts payable invoices from obtaining approval to entry in the system and match invoices to cheques Prepare Client Invoicing Review and collect Timesheet and Expense reports Project reporting using GENIVAR’s new ERP system Bank deposits and administrative functions Provide administrative and departmental reports Additional duties as required. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in an accounting role. Completion of a basic accounting program. Proven ability to multi task and work in a deadline driven environment. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and experience with Microsoft accounting software would be considered an asset. Project accounting experience - in engineering/architecture/construction is an asset and beneficial. Excellent communications skills in written and spoken English. Autonomous with strong communication and interpersonal skills as working with internal employees is a must. Strong organizational skills and the aptitude to prioritize and organize workload. A “can do” attitude, able to work in a team environment. GENIVAR is committed to the principles of employment .... |
