This contract opportunity is slated to begin January 2012, and is projected to be six (6) weeks in length. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: Manage preparation and implementation of client specific Call Centre Financial service objectives; collaborate with client services and call centre support teams to ensure that all service objectives and call centre terms and conditions are met within required timeframes and in accordance with the contracted client Service Level Agreements; Responsible for ensuring all Financial Service Level agreements are met and maintained; Provide on-going leadership to direct reports (as needed), with timely coaching and counselling focusing specifically on performance feedback; Required to provide leadership, guidance and direction to internal and external contacts as required; and, Liaise with key client contacts providing scheduled reports and ad hoc information as required by the Clients and terms of the Service Level Agreements.
