| The position provides administrative support to the Regional Controller. This individual must maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner to facilitate positive relationships with customers, clients, co-workers and management. Responsibilities: Contributes to the preparation of reports and presentations which will include PowerPoint, Excel, and Word documents. Able to assist in preparation and review of regional accounting outputs (adding and reading internal and external reports and disclosures as another set of eyes). Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including email and faxes. Responsible for sorting and distributing incoming mail to respective departmental personnel. Organizes and maintains file system; files correspondence and other records. Makes copies of correspondence or printed materials. Processes department invoices and expenses for payment. Facilitates travel arrangements for department. Organize team meetings and functions. Data entry, note taking and preparation of minutes as required. Orders and maintains supplies. Processes monthly bank reconciliations for several regional accounts including preparation of standard monthly w.... |
