| Accounting Analyst Join Our Team Explore Our Organization Current Opportunities What We Offer Follow Us Follow Us RSS Facebook LinkedIn Twitter Reports to Group Accountant Location Waterloo, Ontario Job Status Permanent, Full-Time Accountabilities: Complete monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial entries and reports for Group in a timely basis, efficiently and accurately Complete the reinsurance accounting and administrative processes Prepare accruals and complete manual accounting processes Support the accounting that results from the business activities of the Group division (i.e. billings, collections, ASO reconciliations, claims payments, reinsurance etc.). Prepare management reports and complete surveys Participate in projects and any system changes within the Group division that could impact the accounting Assist in Suspense accounting and controls across the division Implement any changes in accounting rules that apply to the Group division Qualifications: Completion of, or working towards CMA or CGA Superior analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks with short timelines Extensive knowledge of the Windows environment, includ.... |
