| Accountant - (Job Number: 72155) 870219 Accountant 72155 POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Finance Assistant is responsible for all duties in financial reporting and some financial administrative functions for all ARAMARK components JOB FUNCTION: - Day-to-day Accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and maintenance of General Ledger. -Preparation of Sales and Purchase Summaries -Issue Accounts Receivable invoices for retail and catering department -Inventory count entry for all components -Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts -Respond to A/R, A/P and payroll enquiries -Analyze and investigate inventory variances within the components -Provide support to managers on a daily basis regarding component inventory, purchase, sales and payroll -Perform location and account financial audits with Finance Manager POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Finance Assistant is responsible for all duties in financial reporting and some financial administrative functions for all ARAMARK components JOB FUNCTION: - Day-to-day Accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and maintenance of General Led.... |
