| Accountant Financial Branch: North Bay Certifications: WHMIS Job Description Job Summary: The Financial Accountant is a key member of the Finance group. This position reviews and analyzes financial information from various sources, consolidates, and prepares reports. Duties and Responsibilities: Health and Safety: Having the authority and responsibility to maintain a safe and efficient working environment. Following Company health and safety standards and reporting any unsafe acts or conditions. Responsible for the use of all safety equipment according to Company rules and applicable legislation and ensures the proper use of personal protective equipment. General: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Reconcile and analyze various balance statement and income statement accounts. Be accountable for timely and accurate tax remittances Code reallocations and corrections. Perform other accounting duties as required.
