| Account Services Representative Job ID: 103406 Location: Vancouver Full/Part Time: Full-Time Regular/Temporary: Temporary Return to Previous Page Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to billing clients and liaise with other department. Handle telephone inquiries and correspondence with brokers and underwriters in regards to payments and policy status. Research accounting discrepancies and provide timely solutions Manipulate policy payment plans Handle reinstatements and cancellations of various policies Assist in special project (i.e. preparation of statistical reports) for Supervisor Qualifications Skills and Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communications skills Proven analytical & problem solving skills.
