| AZ Highway Driver (Canada / US) Mississauga Private Sector Industrial Staffing ID 24378 Description MaxSys is currently seeking experienced AZ drivers for our client within the Mississauga area. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES As a Highway Driver your primary lanes would be Ontario, North Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Your secondary lanes would be Alberta, Iowa, Illinois, and Michigan. You would transport general commodities on dry, heated and reefer trailers. Your lanes would average 500-800 miles one way. You would average 7-10 days out on the road depending on area of residence. Your average monthly miles would be 12,000, averaging 500 miles per day. QUALIFICATIONS A valid class 1 licence, or equivalent Driver must have 12 months of verifiable experience with 53ft van trailer. Long haul experience. A combination of short haul and long haul experience will be considered. Previous driving experience within the last 10 years in Canada and the United States. No more than 2 moving violations on abstract or Commercial Vehicle Operators Report. (Ontario only) No preventable accidents in the prior 12 months.
