Scope Reporting to the Director, Institute for Co-operative Education, the incumbent provides leadership, planning, and strategic guidance to the team of Coop program Co-coordinators to ensure the Institute achieves defined strategic objectives of student placements by developing and maintaining effective Client Relationship Management (CRM) practices with students, organization contacts in the marketplace, Faculty and Staff. Primary responsibilities Support the Director in providing strategic leadership and coaching to program coordinators to maximize effectiveness and student placements. Develop and maintain effective student counseling and coaching practices to develop student confidence in sourcing internships. Develop and maintain effective CRM and quality practices with the ICE clients in the marketplace. Assist in effectively promoting Coop to students, future Concordia students, Alumni, and organizations in the marketplace.
